Artwork Requirements

The promotional items that you purchase represents your company or organization. Although we use state of art printing processes, the final product will only look as good as the artwork that we receive. The most common problem in printing your logo on items is artwork that has been submitted at low resolutions.

Preferred Image Formats

Image formats in order of preference:

• Vector formats (Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Freehand, CorelDraw)
• Bitmap formats (Adobe Photoshop)
• .jpg or .tiff files (resolutions is 600 dpi or higher at the size of the imprint area)
• If artwork with text, we recommend that all text be converted to outlines or paths when possible. If not, all fonts must be included with your art. Please note that the smallest text size that can be imprinted is typically around 8-10pt

Files such as DOC, EXE, PCX, PPT, XLS are not acceptable, as they are generally low-resolution - only suitable for viewing on-screen - not for printing cannot be appropriately modified.

Specific Color Match?

Many of our decoration methods allow for the opportunity to closely match the imprint color to a specific requirement. Customers who require specific color matching should provide us with Pantone Matching color numbers where applicable.

How to send artwork?

If you are ordering online, you can upload your artwork while placing your order or you could send your artwok via snail mail.
